At DxB DGTL Gamers, we sell digital gaming products for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds for Digital Products

  • All purchases of digital accounts, game licenses, or downloadable content are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Personal preference or change of mind

    • Incorrect console selection or game variant

    • Failure to comply with account usage instructions

    • Internet, hardware, or platform-related issues

    • Account bans caused by violations of Terms & Conditions

2. Warranty Claims

  • Primary Edition (Premium): 1-year limited warranty

  • Secondary Edition (Regular): 6-month limited warranty

  • Warranty covers access issues caused by seller-side problems only.

  • Warranty is void if:

    • Account details are modified

    • Purchases are made on the account

    • The account is logged into unauthorized devices

    • Terms & Conditions are violated

3. Order Verification

  • Orders must be verified before account delivery.

  • Provide payment receipt or transaction ID for verification.

  • Failure to complete verification may result in delayed delivery or inability to process warranty claims.


4. Exceptional Cases

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the product is not delivered due to seller-side issues.

  • Such requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.

  • Proof of payment and details of the issue must be provided.
