Welcome to DxB DGTL Gamers (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing any digital product or service, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making any purchase.

This document governs all transactions for digital gaming accounts, game licenses, and related services for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch for customers in the UAE and India.


1. Account Usage Instructions

To ensure proper use and maintain warranty eligibility, all users must adhere to the following rules:

1.1 Console Restrictions

  • Account Deletion Prohibited: You must not delete the provided account or any associated games from your PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch console under any circumstances.

1.2 Device Limitations

  • First Console Only: Login is permitted only on the first console used to access the account.

  • No Mobile or Other Device Login: Access via mobile applications, other consoles, or third-party devices is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Account Security

  • No Modifications: Users must not change account email, password, or other login credentials.

  • No Purchases: Making purchases, subscriptions, or modifications on the account will automatically void the warranty.

⚠️ Violation of any account usage instructions will result in immediate loss of warranty and support.


2. Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage is conditional upon strict compliance with the Account Usage Instructions:

2.1 Primary Version (Premium)

  • Includes a one-year (12 months) limited warranty.

2.2 Secondary Version (Regular)

  • Includes a six-month (6 months) limited warranty.

2.3 Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • User modification of account details

  • Unauthorized purchases on the account

  • Login on unauthorized devices

  • Account deletion or other violations of these Terms

⚠️ Any violation automatically voids the warranty.


3. Key Conditions and Liability

3.1 User Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible if the game becomes unplayable or the account is banned due to violations of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • All digital and virtual goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Personal reasons

    • Failure to comply with account usage rules

    • Platform bans or access restrictions

3.3 Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, DxB DGTL Gamers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the digital product.


4. Delivery and Access

  • Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on platform stability, internet connectivity, or third-party services.

  • DxB DGTL Gamers is not responsible for delays caused by PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo servers, or other technical issues beyond our control.

  • For India, all prices are displayed in INR; for UAE, prices are in AED. Taxes, if applicable, are included according to local laws.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Users must use the account responsibly and lawfully.

  • Any suspension, restriction, or ban caused by misuse is solely the customer’s responsibility.

  • Users are responsible for securing their devices and passwords.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All account content, games, logos, graphics, and related materials remain the property of their respective platform providers or DxB DGTL Gamers.

  • Users are granted limited access rights only and may not copy, share, or distribute any account information or content.


7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • For UAE customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

  • For Indian customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

  • In all cases, attempts will be made to resolve disputes amicably before legal action.


8. Privacy and Communications

  • By purchasing or contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or website chat, you consent to receive service-related communications.

  • Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties.


9. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the website or purchase of digital goods constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you:

  1. Have read and understood all Terms & Conditions.

  2. Accept full responsibility for account usage according to these rules.

  3. Understand that digital goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

  4. Agree that violation of these Terms will result in immediate loss of warranty and support.
